Covid-19 (Corona Virus) Company Statement
Yorkshire Coast Entertainment is first and foremost a small local company, and we know that the COVID-19 pandemic has and will significantly impact our business for our regular contracts, events and individual customers plus those that work along with us. We are unsure how long the effect of Covid 19 will have an effect, but we would like to present this statement to give you peace of mind.
For customers that have a future bookings with us
We know that this must be a very difficult time for yourselves and that you may be faced with the predicament of having to cancel and rearrange your special occasion. If you require a refund for the deposit you have paid we will happily return payment by bank transfer. Please email us with your bank details and we will make immediate arrangement for payment to your account. If you plan on rescheduling your booking with us, we will hold on to your deposit to transfer to the new date. We understand that this may be a bit early at the moment to commit to a date, but as soon as we feel confident to take bookings, we will contact you to book a date in. As you have paid a deposit, you will take first priority over any new enquiries that we may receive. email@example.com
For customers wishing to book us
We would love to take your booking. As you will understand however, we are not clear as to when Covid 19 will allow us to carry out our services. At this time we would prefer to keep hold of your booking enquiry and contact you when we are sure that will be able to honour the booking.
Venues that have arrangements for our services
We know that this is a very difficult time and we share with you future uncertainty. Whilst we are able to operate, we will continue to deliver the fantastic service you have come accustomed to receive. Individuals that work with us have been made aware of procedures and government guidance in ensuring their own and also your customers health, safety and well being. We know that at any time the Government can implement a full closure of pubs, clubs and restaurants meaning that our services will no longer be required until such time that the restriction is lifted. In return for us to be able to continue providing this service both now and the future we will need to request that invoices are paid as soon as reasonably possible.
